Demolition & tear-out
We tear it out and haul it off
Most demo crews leave you with a pile in the driveway and a second problem to solve. We take the structure down and the debris goes with us, in the same visit, for one price.
Outside the house
Yard & structure tear-out
Sheds
Wood or metal, taken down and hauled off in the same visit.
Decks
Boards, framing, railings and posts, down to the footings.
Fences
Wood, chain link or vinyl, including the posts and concrete.
Hot tubs
Drained, cut down and carried out. The job nobody wants.
Playsets & swing sets
Dismantled and removed without wrecking the lawn.
Above-ground pools
Drained, cut apart and taken away.
Carports & pergolas
Freestanding structures, taken down cleanly.

Carpet, tile, laminate and hardwood, including the underlay.
Drywall & panelling
Taken back to the studs and carried out.
Built-ins & closets

Popcorn ceilings
Scraped and bagged, with the mess contained.
How demolition is priced
Differently from a junk run, because the labour is the bigger part of the job. We price demo per structure after seeing a photo: the size, what it is built from, and how hard it is to get to.
The debris haul-away is included. You are not paying us to knock it down and then paying someone else to take it away.
What we need to quote it
- A photo of the whole structure, from a few steps back
- Rough dimensions if you know them
- What it is made of: wood, metal, concrete, tile
- How close a truck can get to it
What we do not take on
- Houses or anything structural. We do not touch load-bearing walls, foundations or whole buildings
- Anything with asbestos. Older popcorn ceilings, floor tile and pipe wrap need a licensed abatement contractor, not us
- Work that needs a city demolition permit. We will tell you straight if your job crosses that line
If a job is not ours, we will say so rather than take the money and find out halfway through.
