No surprises, start to finish
This trade has a reputation problem and most of it is earned. People get quoted one number on the phone and a different one once the sofa is half out the door. We built Junk Era to be the opposite of that.
The price does not move
You get a flat number from a photo, before anyone turns up. If we misjudge the load, that is our problem, not a change order at your curb.
We do every bit of the lifting
Basements, attics, third-floor walk-ups. Carrying it out is in the price and it always was. You point, we load.
Same day, most days
Most people call us the day it became a problem. Catch us early and we are often there within a couple of hours, with no rush fee for it.
Tax is already in the number
Junk removal is a taxable service in Texas. Rather than add 8.25% at the end, we quote tax inclusive, so the number we say is the number you pay.
You get the owner, not a call centre
The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to it. Nothing gets lost between a dispatcher and a crew.
Donation and recycling first
Anything still usable goes to a donation centre and metal goes to recycling. Only what is genuinely finished goes to the transfer station.
Where we came from
Junk Era is an owner-operated business based in Irving, working across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. One truck, one trailer, and the person whose name is on it doing the work.
That is a deliberate choice rather than a stage we are trying to grow out of. It is why you get a straight answer on the phone, why the price holds, and why we would rather turn a job down than take it on badly.
We will tell you when it is not our job
Hazardous material, asbestos, anything structural. If your job needs somebody else, we will say so and point you at the right trade instead of taking the booking.
On reviews, plainly
We are new, so we do not have any yet, and we are not going to invent them. Every review on this site will come from a real paying customer with their name attached.
Judge us on the quote and the job. If we do it well, we will ask you to say so. If we do not, we would rather hear it than have you post it.

We can be on your vendor list
Turnovers, evictions and pre-listing clear-outs on a deadline. We carry insurance, we can send the certificate ahead, and we invoice rather than chasing a card at the door.
