What it costs
We price by how much room your load takes in the trailer. You get the number before we lift anything, and it does not move afterwards.
Every price includes labour, stairs, disposal fees and Texas sales tax. Junk removal is a taxable service in Texas, so we quote tax inclusive rather than adding 8.25% at the end.
What moves the price
Three things, and that is it
Volume
How much space it takes in the trailer. This is most of it.
Weight
Concrete, tile, dirt and roofing are charged differently because the transfer station charges us by the ton.
Access
Curbside is quickest. A third-floor walk-up takes longer. We tell you up front if it changes anything.
No surprises, specifically

Pricing questions
How do you price a job?
By how much space it takes up in the trailer, not by the hour. Send a photo and you get a flat price before we start. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Is tax included in the price?
Yes. Junk removal is a taxable service in Texas, so rather than surprise you at the end we quote tax inclusive. The number we tell you is the number you pay.
Do I need to be there?
No, as long as we can get to the items and you have told us what is going. Plenty of our cleanouts happen while the customer is at work.
Do I have to move anything to the curb?
Never. It is in the price. We carry it out of the basement, the attic or the third floor.
How fast can you come?
Usually the same day. If you catch us early, often within a couple of hours.
What will you not take?
Hazardous material: wet paint, fuel and motor oil, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks and ammunition. If you are not sure, send a photo and we will tell you straight.
What happens to it all?
Anything still usable goes to donation and metal goes to recycling. Only what is genuinely finished goes to the transfer station.
Are you insured?
Yes, and we can send the certificate before we arrive. Property managers usually want it on file, which is no problem.
